Our well-bred fish!
The water comes from a stream, La Beune, whose source is located 15 kilometres from the basins. This therefore allows the fish to continuously benefit from first-class clear and clean water. The feeding of the sturgeons is also very controlled. Caviar Perle Noire ensures that it comes from responsible fishing, certified without GMOs, without animal flour coming from terrestrial animals and without antibiotics, growth promoters or hormones. No pesticides are used on fish farms. In addition to the environment, it is also the daily care given to the sturgeons that guarantees a quality product from artisanal production. The teams of technicians are passionate and handle the fish with care, by hand and one by one. Always in a logic of well-being of the fish, each sturgeon is slaughtered according to the IKEJIME method.
