Harvest eggs time in December when fishes are between 1 and 2 years old. Rightly salted, they are put in verrine and pasteurized. It’s a crunchy product and deliciously fresh. Both on toasts and in verrines, the eggs will bring colour to your plates. (Net weight: 80g)
